Located on the river at the South side of Vancouver International Airport is Head Office and Centre of Operations. Ultima Physicians perform Pilot Medical Exams (MOT and FAA) for literally thousands of pilots flying on the west coast (private and commercial both in Canada and the U.S.) In addition, Pre-employment medical screening, ongoing Certification and ongoing Case Management is carried out for other Occupations, including: Air Traffic Controllers, RCMP, Mariners, Railway workers, national retailers and numerous others.

Located on Level 1 of the Domestic Terminal Building, this Clinic provides Walk-in / Family Practice services to Airport employees, the general public and to travellers both International and Domestic. In addition Occupational  Health Services are provided from this site, using dedicated Occupational Health Physicians / Nurses.
