• Comprehensive Physician Physical Examination
• Physical Screens, lab work and investigations:

           -     Audiogram/Tympanogram, Vision, ECG, Spirometry

• Blood & Urine Testing to include:

           - CBC, Lipids, Glucose, Thyroid, Physician report

• Assistance with expedited Specialist Referrals for     assessment and treatment if available
• PSA Testing (dependant on age)

Silver Package:

• All elements of the Bronze Executive Program
• Heart and Lung Scan (immediate results)

Gold Package:

• All elements in the Bronze Executive Program
• Heart and Lung Scan (immediate results)
• Abdominal Ultrasound (immediate results)

Optional Virtual Colonoscopy (VC) available separately
