The essential part of any substance abuse testing program is the final review and reporting of the results. Ultima Medical employs 2 certified MRO’s (Medical Review Officer) who can review and verify the results, discuss them with the individual and determine if there is a substance abuse. The MRO will determine if further testing or action must be taken.
