Workplace Assessments

It can be hard to perform your best, at your job when something in your workplace is causing you long-term harm. Intentional or not, little things add up and, over time, can compound into a much larger issue that leads to a health complaint. This is especially true for employees returning to work after an injury, who may now need special accommodations in the workplace.

At Ultima Independent Assessments, we work with certified Occupational Therapist and kinesiologists to conduct workplace assessments. These assessments help ensure  that individuals returning to work after an injury, or reporting work-related concerns,  are appropriately supported in the workplace . These assessments look at the whole workplace environment, including the individual’s job demands, work processes, ergonomics, physical surroundings, noise level, air quality and other environmental factors that may affect their health, safety and ability  to perform their duties. Where appropriate, recommendations can be made for the workplace accommodations or modifications  to support a safe and sustainable return to work.
